Recently, a customer feedback that the surface rubber and fabric layer of the blanket often seperate from each other.

After the on-site guidance of our technicians, it was discovered that the cleaning agent or water penetrated into the cotton fabric to cause swelling, which eventually led to delamination phenomenon.

Therefore, in response to this phenomenon, we warmly remind everyone:

Do not allow detergent  or water to penetrate the cotton fabric

1. When cleaning the blanket, don't get wet around and the surface should not be broken.

2. Remove the printing impurities in time, take out the burrs on the positioning holes, and line up the grippers to avoid damage to the surface of the blanket.
